Correspondence Address (Public Office)

We provide a correspondence address in the EU (Cyprus) to which mail for you can be sent.

Postal Service

We also offer a worldwide mail forwarding service. This service includes the consignment of letters and parcels, that are accepted at your correspondence address in Cyprus by us to an address you specify. All items are sent at an additional charge according to >>local postage charges<< .

Scanning of mail

We offer you a time-saving mail forwarding service. All letters are scanned and sent to you via e-mail in advance.

Telephone Service

-Simple telephone service (collection line); You get a number your customers can call on. At this number the calls are accepted in our office in Cyprus during office hours by one of our employees and outside office hours by an answering machine.
-Telephone service with personal phone number and personal call acceptance on behalf of your company during office hours. After office hours, the call acceptance occurs via an answering machine with your personal message.
-Phone number with direct forwarding service; all calls to your personal phone number are immediately forwarded to your landline number without extra charge. Forwarding to mobile phone numbers is not offered!

Fax number

Fax number with direct forwarding service; all incoming faxes on your personal fax number are immediately forwarded to your e-mail addresss.

Office Unit

We offer a real fully equipped office with telephone, PC with internet connection, copier and scanner. This office serves for two things; firstly if you stay in Cyprus and you need an office at this time. Secondly, and this is the main reason, if your company is subjected to a test, then you can show an intact fully equipped office and thereby allay all concerns of the examiners. Thus, your company bears examination without any problems. Please note that this is required by Cypriot legislators. For an offshore company, this is indeed not legally required, but if you can show your “own” office at an examination, any concerns of the opposite side will be dispelled quickly (letterbox company).
